“You’re not going to like kill me are you?” Damon asked raising an eyebrow at her. “I know I’ve lived a while but I have a feeling I still have a lot more living to do.”
“No of course not.”she said and rolled her eyes. “As long as I don’t put my hands on you, you’ll be fine.” Veronica tilted her head to the side and touched her bandages self-consciously. “It isn’t like I’m going to shoot wooden stakes out of my hands or something.” She held out her hands in front of him so he could see and started to concentrate. Her hands sparked electricity, it was bright and blue. She was always amused with it. “I’m like a walking taser.”
Damon looked at her hands before nodding, “You are like a walking taser. Not if the police force could get something like this…”
